I had a package delivered that they didn't find the time to look for the first time and had to return with the name of the person who received it before they made an effort. To be honest, the package should have just gone to my room as it was included in the address along with my name as a registered guest. Breakfast (eggs Benedict) was a little under $50 dollars and they forgot to serve it with the bacon that it came with. It was also served with a barely cooked under-ripe tomato and the waiter tried to take my plate before I was done.
