Great location. Very clean. Breakfast buffet was great! The parking is expensive but well worth as it felt safe. The only down side was checking in. I felt the staff wasn’t super friendly but it was such a small part of our entire stay. Would stay there again for sure

Loved the location! We also loved being able to stay in a historic, beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful at both the check-in and check-out process. We truly felt welcomed right off. The room was small, but we were fine with that. The beds were very comfortable! We also had a nice view from our window. The only tiny critique which the hotel being historic can not help, is that our bathroom has a small step-up. Even though there is a sign there to warn you, I was slightly afraid of tripping on it. This was minor though, as it was truly beautiful inside and out. You are greeted with cookies, fresh lemon water, and coffee/tea at all hours in the lobby. All in all, we loved this hotel and would definitely recommend it to our friends and would stay there again if ever going to San Francisco in the future. Thank you!

Nice hotel in a great location, close to Fisherman’s Wharf, we caught the No 30 bus at the nearby stop to go to Chinatown very easy. Walgreens Pharmacy and market nearby was convenient for snacks. The hotel staff were very helpful nothing too much trouble.

Definitely recommend this Hotel, next door to ihop, apple b’s is around the corner, arcade, museum, great location
