Check in staff was awesome. Accommodating for me and my dog. Just a one night stay while traveling through. But the room i was in had a full size fridge. Clean. Sink and even two stove tops for cooking amd cleaning.

The very best handicap accommodations I have had in years. Great water pressure, great grab bars. Might need a new heavy duty chair for the shower but overall. Fantastic,.

The place was nice and queite. When i got into the shower the tyb was so slippery tgat i fell cause there was no grab bars. I injured my foot with about 3/4 of it black and blue and swollen. Made my plans ns stay in Jamestown difficult as i had to sit with my leg elevated with ice.

I wanted to like this place but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Besides the paper thin wall and being able to hear my neighbor’s entire phone conversation, it didn’t help that one of the staff felt the need to clean the two outside trash bins at 7am until 10am. I’m sure it doesn’t take 3 hours to do so but he must have been extremely thorough. Literally turning on and off the faucet right by my window. There were kids screaming outside too but I’m not concerned about that because it’s outside the property’s control. The carpet in the room also felt very moist/wet so I kept my shoes on the entire time unless I was laying on the bed. Other than not being able to rest due to noise concerns and the wet floors, everything else was good.

Impressed by cleanliness & especially the comfort of the room. There was a full size refrigerator that I didn’t need this trip, but know that would be helpful for many families. Bed, linens and fluffy pillows were very comfortable. I loved visiting the nearby Worlds largest Buffalo outdoor “museum!”
