Great hotel in Jackson!

Really liked this hotel! Over the course a few nights stay we interacted with a few different staff members and each was courteous and helpful. I am also in love with the antler chandelier!

The room was lovely but we had a problem. The toilet didn’t work that night. A gentleman came and “ fixed” it but the next morning it wasn’t working again. Another gentleman came and repaired it with all new parts. Both times the hotel responded quickly yet for almost $500 per night, this was not acceptable.

Very nice hotel. Staff called ahead to make us aware restaurants in city shut down around 9 to help us prepare for our arrival. Breakfast was in a small area for the amount of people in the hotel.

We stayed at the Rockwell June 16-19th. The customer service was excellent and very accommodating. The room was very nice & clean. We also liked that you could easily walk downtown so you didn’t have to bother about trying to get parking. They also had a breakfast every morning which was great when we had plans to go out to Yellowstone & the Tetons. We will definitely stay here again.
