Overpriced and uncomfortable

Checked in and front desk gave us really confusing directions on where to park. We spent 15 minutes looking for our room. Toilet was clogged and we had to wait 3 hours for someone to find a plunger. Bathrooms are small and beds were uncomfortable. However, a lot of activities are offered, although expensive.

Snow king did not feel like a resort. It felt like a cheap hotel. The elevators were broken so large groups were waiting for a long time for one of them to come. The plumbing made loud, screeching noises that woke us up from sleeping in the morning. The staff had terrible communication about early check in and when giving directions around the building. For what we paid, I would certainly not stay here again.

The staff were not helpful and seems very inconvenienced to help. There was always a line at the front desk and the restaurant had terrible service. The bar was always slow and we even had to go find out waitress to get coffee and pay our bill. For the amount of money you pay for the hotel, the service is not worth it.

Would Not recommend this property. It took One hour and 10 minutes to check in. Only 4 people ahead , rooms were not ready after 4pm check in. Staff was terrible at front desk. Didn’t apologize or tell us what was cause of delay. Didn’t tell you where room was or restaurant was.etc. The event they had for that night was cancelled. No towels in room. For what you pay a night- just terrible service and staff terrible

Beautiful location, very walkable and bike friendly. The room was just average. Average quality, dirty rug. Weird peeling in the tub near the drain. Looks like a shoddy flip. It was fine for one night, just not sure it’s worth the cost for what you get. And NO free breakfast!!

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. Went during the summer, so no snow, but the lift is right outside the hotel! Lots of parking. Only complaint is no breakfast offered and the front desk wrote the wrong room number on our key packet making the occupaint of that room very upset when we attempted our key at his door. Front desk did not offer anything more than a sorry, and that she had written the completely wrong number down. That was inconvenient and made us almost late for our plans that evening. I did expect a little more from a luxury resort.

Nice property right at the base of the mountain. A short walk to downtown. I messed up my booking (wrong night) but they worked with Expedia to move it to the proper night for us. Dinner at the onsite restaurant was excellent plus my wife enjoyed the outdoor pool. Would come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo—it was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The space itself was great! Some of the negatives that weren't that much of a big deal were the shower had very low water pressure, the TV didn’t work at all, and there was quite a bit of construction (roofing) and road repaving. Still, overall, the condo itself was lovely and a great place to relax.
