It is 30 mins away from Yellowstone. The staff are not welcoming. The lobby closes at 10 pm with no staff to help you. They close the main lobby. No coffee or any hot tea available except on breakfast. Breakfast is served at 7-10 but before that the lobby is close. You pay for resort fee but there are no amenities that would be considered as a resort. The pool is murky blue, you can’t see the bottom, the hot tub doesn’t have the jet, so you only dip for the hot tub. The game consoles doesn’t work. Like I said the resort fee doesn’t justify what they have.

Overall the property COULD be a gem but noticed a lot of small concerns, window in room didnt fully close but weather didnt make that an issue. Security door at one end of building wasnt working. Check in receptionist was nice but check out seemed disinterested in hearing any concern. Above average breakfast and overall convenient location

Loved it. We had a room with a private patio/hot tub. It was great after spending the day in Yellowstone Grand Teton. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent too.

The Hotel is a unknown treasure. If it was in west yellowstone it would draw $600 a night. The drive is a easy one to yellowstone west entrance 20-30 minutes. The grounds are superb, great staff, good breakfasts. Rooms were very clean and are was very nice. If you want an adventure, drive up Sawtelle mountain,,,,,

Clean, quiet, we loved the private hot tub in our suite! Great breakfast and easy to use water filling station before heading out for the adventures. Don't miss Mesa Falls and Big Springs while you're in the area, and dinner at Connie's right across the street.

This is a beautiful property…well layed out and very enjoyable by my family. We swam every day and played in the arcade. It was cute when they called the breakfast “a basic hotel continental breakfast” it was definitely an upgrade. Our room was clean and stocked with supplies and our beds were comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The area was georgeous and we saw lots of animals. Relatively close to Yellowstone

We went to Yellowstone, we stayed overnight at this place. Hotel was very clean and friendly. Staff was very friendly. Yellowstone, the grand Tetons, and Jackson hole. It was a good distance between all of them.
