The bad: good reviews were totally inaccurate and likely fabricated. Property and room was rundown. Mirror fell off soon as door to bathroom opened as it was barely hanging by a loose nail in the wall, shower didnt work, couch wss obviously broken and the bed, linen and pillows were horrible. Paper thin walls, second hand smoke from smokers next door drifting into our room all night. Tiny TV, walls and ceiling repairs poorly done. Smelled like laundry detergent throughout, the front desk woman lives in a trailer on the property with (assuming) her boyfriend running his unmuffled car indiscrimanently. The good: nice cats and chiclens running throughout the property.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Our room was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. Resort as a whole was well-maintained and offered tiki bar, beach, pool, ping pong, weight room, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful. Left before breakfast so can't comment on that other than it doesn't open until 9:00.

The property itself is amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff and property manager are incredible - super friendly, helpful and accommodating. We’d definitely stay again!

The staff was very nice For the money I paid I that I was in 1 star hotel in Cuba . The room is not worth that expensive. Around property was very nice. You don’t even have door in supposed to be closet . They need repairs.

It's an older 50's type Florida hotel. The location is lovely, right on the water with a nice created beach and lovely pool and waterfall.. For not much $ and effort it could be a really attractive place, but it's just a bit on the tacky side. The owner was very pleasant, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The "continental breakfast", which is included, was, well, I'm not sure what continent they are referring to. Bread, yogurt cups, some apple butter, oranges and a banana. The mattress seemed to be from the 50's also, with a large valley in the center. So all of that explains the mostly ok ratings on things.

Spend a little more for a better place to stay!

The hotel is on great property but the hotel itself is disgusting. It needs an abundance of maintenance. The sign says bar and grill. There isn’t anything other than pop tarts and gross coffee.
