Clean hotel and friendly staff. I liked the fact that the female staff text me intermittently asking how my stay was going and letting me know they were there if I had any concerns or questions. As a female solo traveler, this added a little sense of relief.

The room was very clean. Being right on the beach is awesome! That being said, this is a very busy hotel. In the 9 days that we were there, there was a large wedding and one business conference after another, making the lobby frequently full of people. Even with all that, the valet service was super fast and efficient. The restaurant ran out of almost all food one of the nights we were there. Over all a very good hotel!

The room wasn’t up to what you’d expect from a crown plaza, mostly the bathroom was outdated, low water pressure and a toilet that kept running, we also changed from our first room because it smelled musty, the beds were comfy and the room was clean, and the location was great, but i wouldn’t pay the regular room rate to stay here again
