Staff was kind yet not well informed about ADA Asked for downstairs room, was told since we booked through Travelocity (third party) they could not accommodate a room change request because they did not know what we paid??? Odd! Room was acceptable, outside grounds needed work, grass growing in most parking spaces, cigarette butts piled up all around Could be a nice place if owner would invest to bring hotel up to date and inform staff of ADA

Not the best but not the worst

The hotel is dated and our room wasn't exactly overly clean when we got in. There were issues that were brought to the attention of the front desk worker on checkout and it was obvious no one had reported them before as she ststed they'd shut it down immediately until the issues were addressed, so at least they are quivk to address issues when brought to their attention. The staff were great, though. Very kind, very friendly. The breakfast was good, too... can't beat buscuits and gravy! The pool area was pretty nice and the courtyard area was pleasant.

The 1st clue was at checkin, I noticed a pile of sheets and rubber bathmats on a table in the lobby being folded. The room looked basic and a bit rundown, but the worst happened in the shower. As I was washing my hair, I looked up and saw a giant bubble in the popcorn ceiling. A few minutes later, the entire layer of popcorn ceiling fell on my head and in the bathtub. We were re-checked into a new room, but we discovered that it was not clean and had no sheets on the bed. Finally, we were booked into a third room. The condition of the third room was similar to the first room—run down and basic. There was no vent in the bathroom, no cover over the light fixture in the bathroom so wires and insulation were visible, no rod in the semi closet so no clothes could be hung. In the morning, walking down to my car, I noticed that a section of the roof on the second floor was being held up by a jack…A JACK! Please see pictures. It was a horrible stay, and I would never recommend this hotel. AVOID!

Lisa and Kaila were friendly, helpful and polite. This hotel was a great value with clean rooms, kitchenettes, refreshing outdoor pool, bbq grill, and outdoor patio. The back side of the hotel was a forested area where we saw fireflies and smelled honey suckle. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again next time we visit Heber Springs.
