Room was 97 Degrees when we got there. Turned on the AC, and 2 hours later it was still 91 degrees. Talked to Malyia at the front desk, not helpful in the least. No fans, no other rooms, nothing they could do. 10 pm, still 88 degrees in the room so we left with a signed promise of a refund. 10 days later and still no refund.

Upon checking in we noticed there were no batteries in the smoke detector in our room. When we told the staff they said “oh” and did not come to replace them. We noticed stains everywhere including the mattress and headboards. The bathroom door hit the toilet so it was very hard to get into the bathroom and the door got stuck on the floor when trying to close it. The building smelled of mold. When we had breakfast the next day the muffins were moldy and there was hair in the eggs. We told the staff and they just put the muffins back for others to eat and ignored us…We paid for four nights, months in advance so we couldn’t change our booking…They also didn’t have any house keeping on site and when we asked for a room refresh we were told no and to do it ourselves…We were excited about the hot tub only to find it filled with green water and caution tape everywhere…Upon checking out there was no one at the front counter and an employee walking by said “you can’t check out yet because they’re on their break.” The speakers on their outdated tv were busted…I can’t say one good thing about this hotel. It was a nightmare

There was beer and food left In the fridge when we arrived, the beds had makeup left on it as well as the shower curtain. The headboards had makeup and finger marks all over them. We were taking a shower and the hotel called us at midnight to tell us the neighbor complained about our water waking them up?

I made a mistake booking myself, my sister and Orbitz tried reaching out to the company only to be repeatedly hung up on and told it was after hours and they wouldn't help. Allen I wanted to do was fix my mistake, yes it was my error but repeated attempts were made to reach someone immediately when I noticed it was made to correct the upcoming dates and I told them if there is a price difference I was more than willing to pay extra due to my fat fingers hitting the wrong dates. I was charged for the booking and just simply wanted to change the date, same room, same hotel, same amount of stay just accidentally hit wrong date.

Alway stay here when I’m in Logan and have never had a bad experience. It is clean, pet friendly without the high pet charges other places have, plenty of off street parking, and a good breakfast.

Unwelcoming

We needed a place to stay one night, driving through for 11 hour drive to ca. A place to relax and kids burn energy at the pool. Unfriendly Staff at desk was not informative about offers and hotel services. Never asked for car id for parking, so assuming no security. Tv devices didn’t work, mud and rock was tracked from entryway rugs into hotel room. Our room had strange set up, sink and counter in the room separate from the room with toilet and shower. Pool felt like pebbles and not heated. Pool towels were hand towels. Hot tub was not hot. And text messages were never responded to if we needed service. When checking out nobody at the front desk on the morning. We just left our keys on the desk. I say only good thing was our room had 3 beds and morning breakfast was good.

Area going downhill

I stay at this hotel every couple of months to visit family. This time there were quite a few homeless people hanging out in the parking lot and having breakfast in the hotel. Some were very friendly, some made me feel unsafe.

The first room we were put in smelled horrible. I was trying to just get through it, but as we settled in and tried to shower, the shower curtain was hanging on by a few threads of the screws, and bowing so low that the water from the shower constantly went out of the shower onto the floor and walls on both sides. A big red stain on the carpet. We switched rooms, and it was better, but the overall quality of the hotel was not up to the same standards as other La Quinta hotels I have stayed in. The elevator seemed to barely make it to the third floor, with the hydraulics squealing for a few minutes sometimes as you waited for the elevator to finally dock at the third floor. Bleach stains on the carpets in the halls. Staff was great, although I asked if every one of them new the first room needed help, why did they put us in there in the first place?
