Trip to boost.

The young person at the reception when we arrived was very friendly and helpful. Our car had died just as we got there and she offered help to find someone who would help to give a jumpstart. They really went out of their way, and we totally appreciated their help.

Best Pool Ever!

I'm a swimmer and it is important I can use a pool. Of all the hotels I have stayed in, this Hotel had the best pool by far (better than Hotels that have cost twice as much). From the nice sultry air in the room the the perfect water temperature (not too hot, not too cold) and the size itself, you cant beat it!

There was garbage around the parking lot & the first room I was given was musty. The front desk agent was friendly and came with me to check it after she agreed to switch my room. 2nd room wasn't musty, but strongly smelled of air freshener and was dirty (dusty areas, hair in places) and the AC would not adjust up past 61. It was FREEZING all night. I'm not sure how this hotel got great ratings unless everyone else is used to dirty, freezing rooms.

Very close to food options, shops and the harbor so you can go take a ferry out anywhere. Very affordable as well

Check in was easy and the front desk was very nice. Our room was very clean and we had no problems during our stay. There was a little construction happening but nothing that interfered worth of stay. Wasn't sure about the end of the hotel they looked like restaurants but maybe they weren't open?

In the heart of Hyannis.

Came here a few years ago. I think it has changed hands to a hospitality group now. Beds were comfortable. Rooms are on the small side; but I didnt travel to stay in the room all day! Indoor pool area is awesome! Great front lawn area to people watch. Can walk to everywhere from this property; one of the reasons I came back.

Liked that it was just of Main Street and an easy walk to the harbour for the ferries, and near shops and restaurants. Room was very quite and comfortable. We didn't use the pool so can't comment. Staff good but not exceptional and seemed pricey for an upmarket motel but then it's the Cape so ...

40 years of Hyannis Inn

The Hyannis Inn is located right on Main St in Hyannis! You can walk to local shops and restaurants! I let them know I needed a first floor room and they were very accommodating! My husband and I have been staying at this Inn for 40 years! It has changed ownership in those 40 years, but is still enjoyable

Awful right from the start

Was a terrible experience right from the start. We found the room was too small for our family so we asked for some options for something larger (even offering to pay more). The manager became very defensive and refused to give any sort of solutions or flexibility. Awful customer service. I’ve been traveling for years for business and have never had an experience like this. We ended up not staying there and went to a much better hotel in town. They refused to give any kind of refund and continued calling us all night about not giving us a refund. They were rude to my wife and kids and I can’t accept that.
