Our family loves staying here! Convenient right in the center of town, a cute little bar just opened connected to it with live music. Staff is always friendly. Highly recommend.

Check in was quick and easy. Hotel was located on Main Street - lots of restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. You can walk to the marina/ferry terminals and the beaches.

Decent place to stay within walking distance of the harbor. Lots of great shops and restaurants nearby. Outside could use a facelift but rooms were clean and updated. Only complaint bathroom very small and toilet too low.

This was one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. The bathroom ceiling had huge disgusting stains, and the sink was clogged from the moment we arrived. We immediately reported it, but the staff completely ignored our request. The next day, the toilet also became clogged. It took over two hours for anyone to fix it, during which time we could not use the bathroom at all. This delay caused us to be late for an important event. The combination of unsanitary conditions and poor maintenance made this stay a nightmare. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place.

The tv had no internet, so no streaming capabilities (which it was supposed to have but it didn’t work). I told the front desk and was told to unplug it and plug it back in (which didn’t fix it). Room was fine, bed was nice, pillows not comfortable though (very flat)

We booked this room at the last minute for a quick getaway. We were pleasantly surprised how comfortable and clean the room was. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way for guests. Everything in the room was upgraded. The inn is in the middle of downtown Hyannis, walking distance to everything including the harbor. The only downsides were their restaurant is closed down (there are plenty of amazing restaurants in town) and I read the inn is going to be converted to upscale apartments in 2026. I hope not because we would love to return for another stay.

Donna was very friendly and welcoming😊 The outside bar is a plus Thank you Ryan! Fun to have music outside in the evening sitting on the Adirondack chairs watching people go by and just relaxing. Room was very clean Nice and cool for sleeping in summer Very close to restaurants and shoppes

The pool area is extremely hot, not enjoyable even my room on the second floor the door that would go down to the pool. You can feel the heat as soon as you get in the hallway as I am a contractor I would suggest instead of having all fixed panels of glass, you should have windows or sliding doors. They can open up. Also the blue all around the pool just falls in it if you even touch it slightly.

The room was dirty, i.e. floors and walls and the window blinds were broken. We've stayed here numerous time this was the first time we experienced such an unclean room. I will say to pros was the woman who checked us in was very personable and hot water pressure in the shower was very good

We were very disappointed in this stay. We opted for this Inn because it had an excellent rating. The bed was very uncomfortable. The TV and one of the lights did not work. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. The floor lamp was missing a shade. The walls were very thin we could hear everything in the rooms around us. We would not stay here again.
