It was Very convenient location. The house was clean. The beds were not that comfortable because the mattresses were covered in plastic. It was pet friendly and that was great!

Great Vacation Rental

We had a great trip and stay. The location is perfect for walking to three different beaches but still on a quiet, shady street. The house was well stocked and included a shed full of everything we could need for our beach days.

Family,family, family!!

Grandma (me), adult kids and one toddler grandson all had a great time at Maria's Beach House. Visited by one sister, my three nieces and their significant others and their seven kids (not all at the same time....but sequentially!). Beach, playground, mini golf, nature hikes, tons of great seafood restaurants and a fabulous seafood market made it a memorable vacation! Loved the upstairs deck!

Sweet memories in a SWEET spot!

Maria's property was PERFECT for our inter-generational trip. Five adults (including one grandparent) and five children (age 2-11) were all happy travelers thanks to the comfort and amenities of this lovely home. Getting in was a breeze and everyone quickly found their rooms which are all tastefully decorated. No one felt like they got the "short straw" on rooms. The number of bathrooms in this house is a HUGE plus! Closet space was also very helpful--SO nice to have a place to fully unpack to really feel settled. We used the upstairs suite walk-in closet as an additional sleep area for the 2 year old. The small window in the closet was easily covered to help create nap time darkness. (Bring/rent black out curtains if the adults are light sensitive. The cape is a BRIGHT place!) We loved sitting outside on the deck while the children played in the yard and we drank our morning coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed to meet our goal of eating at home. We enjoyed takeout from Maria's recommended restaurants (pizza from Palio's for the baseball game, Seafood from Spanky's in Hyannis and The Lobster Boat in Yarmouth--would have enjoyed eating in there!) The short walk to several kid-friendly beaches made for multiple memorable outings. Maria's shed contained everything--chairs, toys, a wagon, cooler for picnic lunch, etc.! We enjoyed an outstanding clam bake (delivered by Backside Bakes) in the outdoor dining area. AMAZING rental experience! ENJOY your trip--WE SURE DID!

Family vacation

We loved staying here. The house was perfect for our family- 6 adults and 5 children (ages 3-8). Short walk to neighborhood beach and Kalmus; worked out well for some of us to walk with the beach wagon, and others get dropped off at the beach. The house was was updated and very clean; very cute decor. Quick drive to downtown Hyannis for shops and restaurants. The weather was great too! We had a couple questions for the owner and she was very quick to respond. We had a wonderful vacation! Patty

Lovely house, good location

We had a great short break here. The house is bigger and more interesting than even the photos show. Everything still feels brand new. Short walk into town (15mins, or quick easy drive.). Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house and location

Great location, very spacious, clean. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, linens and everything else you can think of.. Great for all ages. Neighbors were very friendly. First time bringing our dog on vacation and the house was super accommodating. Maria was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend!!

Great for families

This house was great for our three families. The kitchen was spacious, lower level was perfect for older kids and the adults enjoyed nights sitting out on the upper level deck. We were able to walk to beaches, restaurants, Main Street, a local baseball game and to the Nantucket Ferry. Lots of options! We enjoyed Kalmuc public beach but our favorite spot was the private neighborhood beach. Definitely recommend and hope to return again!

Relaxing Beach Week

Our extended family (us, 3 adult kids and spouses, and a few grandkids) had an amazing week here! It’s a lovely, updated home with ice cold A/C, friendly neighbors, a great reading deck, and a short walk to 3 different beaches. We cooked, played games, and watched the end of Stranger Things! All in between trips to the beach, rides on the multiple biking trails we found in the area, and a scavenger hunt in Province Town. The owner was very responsive when we thought we might have a freezer problem, and the neighbors all speak highly of her. The only tiny issue we had was space for food. We rearranged some dishes to crest ourselves a little “pantry” and all was well. We had never been to Cape Cod before, and this rental was the perfect home base to take it in.

Great for a family

Very clean and attractive. Located near enough to beaches to walk. Hyannis was a short drive for shopping and dining. Lots of attractions for ages 3 to 73. House had enough rooms and bathrooms for 4 families. We all had a great time!

Excellent Family Location

Our extended family enjoyed our stay. Property and grounds were very clean. We enjoyed morning coffee on the front deck and its a quick walk to the beach. Very relaxing. Downstairs basement was perfect for our teenagers and the shed is fully stocked with everything you would need for the beach.
