Cleanliness was appreciated. The hot tub was broken which was a bummer because we were looking forward to that. However, the breakfast was hot and not just a grab n go, like we thought. That was a welcome surprise.

The check in process was quick and easy. The receptionist was friendly and polite. Everything from parking, the cleanliness and comfort of the room, breakfast, courteous staff, to the ease of checking out was notable and appreciated. I will always stay here, if available, whenever I visit the Ironwood/Hurley area.

Bed and pillows were great. Breakfast was good. Does get a bit noisy with traffic and when car alarms go off. Very easy to find and close to lots of things to do.

Hot tub not working No elevator so had to manually take suitcases upstairs. . Our key didn’t work and after several attempts management had to use master key to get our things then we had to move to a different room as the key lock needed a battery? And they apparently had no one to replace batteries there.
