Fastest check in at a hotel I've ever experienced. Staff was very friendly. Very quiet and super clean rooms. Not far from the SHSU campus. We stayed for a college visit. Our only complaint was the location of the AC unit in the room. Wish it were next to the bed instead of across the room by the couch.

The property was near a lot of food places and also Kroger and Walmart were within walking distance. Near a main highway which made it an easy trip to the Houston Airport.

There were some loud noises in the room, maybe plumbing or something of that nature which were very loud but other than that everything else was very suitable.

The rooms were OK but needs improvement. The sockets in the rooms were wore out very loose. The plugs kept falling out. The handicap room didn’t have any handles by the toilet. And in bed close to the wall window in room 408. The bed is broken. Needs a new bed.

But it was clean

I called three day before stay to see if I could change two rooms from king to double. Guy said of course no problem it’s done!! Got there and it WAS NOT.. one room smelled like carpet cleaner and dirt mixed together. Guy up front changed it to a double bed which we desperately needed. It took three trips to lobby to get fixed because phones by elevator did not work. Plus our rooms were booked together as a family and we were spread over two floors.. milk was soured, and some people do not like just flavored waffles. Rest of stay was good
