All in all, this was very good property. The room was small but clean. I was disappointed that the fridge and microwave are no longer in the room. The staff was courteous and the room was clean

When I pulled the blind shut, the entire blind unit fell down from the ceiling. No one was available to come fix it, so I had a wide open window for my stay. Very disappointed.

Expedia sucks. I was double charged for the booking because I picked the wrong date. Hotel didn't care and didn't charge me extra but Expedia double charged me. I will never use Expedia again. Expedia sucks!

Proximity to sights and entertainment was good. Parking was by valet only with an extra charge for the service or two hour parking meters on the street. The bathroom was dirty with outdated, broken wardrobe and drawers that jammed in the room.

It was very noisy all night long and a lot of traffic. People outside screaming at night. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. No water pressure in the shower. Could of been better for what we paid.

Great downtown location. There is no parking, however, valet only. They are very reaponsive and will pull your car as often as you need should you wish to venture outside of the downtown area.

Upsetting

The cookies and the bed are the best. The bad things were, not enough cups, shower sucked ( only one side opened, so had to go in to turn it on). And only had valet parking.
