The carpet in the room was not clean. My pink socks became very dirty within a few minutes of walking around. The back entrance to the hotel was supposed to be secured with access only by an active room key; the door lock was broken and anyone could enter. We felt quite vulnerable as a result.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Lobby and outer premise was very nice comparative to the room. Our door when entering our room creaked so badly when we opened it that we thought it was going to fall off. There was a weird smell in the room and our blind was broken so it wouldn’t go up. Room was decently clean bathroom wasn’t in the greatest shape. Just wasn’t what we had anticipated with the price and after entering the hotel.

Check-in was smooth and quick. The room was clean and comfortable. All the employees were welcoming and friendly. The indoor pool was a hit with the grandbabies. Thank heaven for dog- friendly hotels!
