Needs upgrades

There was no internet as stated. Therefore, the tv did not work bc it was not hardwired to service. The outlet in the bathroom also did not work. We upgraded to a jacuzzi room, but the jets didn’t work so it was just a big bathtub. The zoo and log cabin theme was cool though. And the staff was very nice.

Such a cute little hotwl. We stayed for one night as a family and we loved it! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating! We loved the convienience of the location to Living Treasures. Very good experience

No elevator or handicapp accesability to room. It was up two flights of stairs. The room was very nice though, once you got up to it, with several luggage trips. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The place had no nice veiws, just a parking lot and muddy back lawn, but being on site near a fabulous animal park was so convenient. Many shops and places to eat nearby. The beds were comfortable too. Very enjoyable stay, other than stairs it was darn good for the money.
