Staff was friendly. Convenient restaurants close by. Hershey Park right up the road. There is a train that is close to the hotel but you don't really hear it.

Very Nice Stay!

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was extremely clean, however the bathroom had a couple maintenance issues. The light switch would sometimes not work and the whole showerhead unit was loose and moving in and out of the wall so I didn't want to touch it. Other than those two things, everything else in the room was fine. Only other thing is the hotel does not have the best soundproofing and I could hear everything outside the room. It was a very pleasant stay for my weekend trip.

We stayed at this location because our grandchild was in the NICu at Penn State Children’s Hospital at Hershey. The price over Labor Day was reasonable, we enjoyed the breakfast, and the proximity to the hospital was convenient. Joanne.

The front desk lady was rude to a customer. She didn't like what he was saying so she threw the pen down and stormed off like a toddler. The breakfast lady had an attitude because someone used all the milk. Stayed only due to the proximity to Hershey Park and the HIE brand.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. My husband and I especially loved the breakfast—delicious food with the perfect vibe. Our kids had such a great time too, in the pool and with the arcade area. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
