Hair that wasn’t mine was in the shower and the whole place needs an upgrade. Peeling wallpaper, stained bathroom grout, overall just dingy. There are other options in the area to choose.

The stay was fine. We were only there overnight for a dance competition. The facilities were mainly well kept but the shower had a ton of stray hairs lingering around. The room cleaning could’ve been better.

We had to request basic essentials both nights. There were no sheets or blankets for the sofa couch. Towels and toilet paper were lacking We ran out of toilet paper on our second morning. Room service did not tend to our room at all. And we were told when we reported it that they did clean today. Towels were still on the floor. Additionally, this is a corporate facility and I find it unsatisfactory that we were told at 6am that we could not purchase coffee in the lobby until 7am due to staff start time. When we return next year for this event, we will not be returning to Marriott and will urge our company to stay elsewhere.

Sitting couch was stained and dirty…room had no sheets for the pull out bed or blankets. Shower walls had long strains of hair on the tile; my wife refused to use the shower. The shower control was in disrepair although functional. Not a pleasant experience and would not recommend. I have pictures to document these conditions should anyone care
