The hotel halls are disgusting. It stinks in the halls, and in the rooms. I came into my room after dark and roaches began to scatyer in the bathroom. Turned on lights and opened refrigerator cabinet to finanother cluster of roaches scatter. Toilet water was turned off at check in, discovered that was because it leaks when turned on. Was told I'd receive a refund, but instead saw a second charge pending in my bank account. We'll see if I ever receive a refund without contacting customer service for Expedia. I doubt it, though based on how the desk staff was so smug and laughing about it suggesting we just go up to the room and they spray raid.

The property was absolutely filthy. Had rented two rooms for our family of five and the rooms had stains on box springs and rooms had cockroaches. Absolutely disgusting. The emplyee at the desk when we asked for a refund told us its the season for cockroaches. Would never recommend this place. Stay away. Nit worth your money. Elevators did not work from the 3rd floor ither.

Friendly and helpful staff. Found us glue for an emergency shoe repair. Nice breakfast. Eggs, sausage, waffles, breads, yogurt, cold cereal, drinks. . . A gluten free cold cereal would have helped. As would a more convenient outlet for the bedside lamp. But a great stay overall and we will gladly return when in the area again.

The property was run down. Rooms were not as pictured. The tile floors in the bathroom had extensive wear marks. Paint splatter on the carpets. Mirror was falling off the wall. Elevator was dirty. Overall, poorly maintained property.

Great stay before our PTSD Awareness Ride

It was hot outside and we were on the third floor but we stayed cool. The property and the staff were amazing and so kind. The rooms are clean, safe and comfortable. I think the price was more than worth the visit. Breakfast was good, room was good and parking was good.

This hotel needs TREATED for BED BUGS before you stay! On July 19th, 2025, I found a bed bug crawling in my bed toward me under the sheets while staying here. I was lying under the covers when my partner pulled up the sheet to get into bed, and we discovered a bed bug crawling toward my body in between the sheets. At first, it froze, but when we opened the blinds to take a better look, it scurried away. Im attaching a few photos we took for proof to show the hotel, but it happened so fast they are not the best quality. I’ve had bed bugs before 10 years ago, so I’m very familiar with what they look like and the serious problems they can cause, both financially and mentally. My partner immediately reported it to the front desk. The staff member offered to move us to another room, and claimed it was the first time she had heard of bed bugs being an issue. (Honestly, what else could she say? I wouldn’t expect her to confirm it.) We immediately got our things and left the hotel, and still feel significantly uneasy and nervous about our items that were in the hotel room, and if we accidentally got any hitch hikers in our belongings that are now in our car/going back to our homes with us. I strongly advise you to avoid this place until they properly treat their rooms for bed bugs. These pests can quickly spread from room to room and floor to floor, and it will only get worse. In addition, the elevator did not work, cars on blocks in parking area, box springs very dirty.

Parking lot is littered with countless cigarette butts. One or more cars in rear parking lot that looked partially stripped, one missing the front wheel. “Landscaping” is nothing but overgrown weeds that appears to never receive any care. Carpeted stairwells that appear to have never seen a vacuum. Had to get a new room due to faulty AC. Family member in another room had to get a second room as well, toilet wouldn’t flush. The entire property gets so little care that it is just horrible. Couldn’t wait to put this place in the rear view mirror.

Okay for a quick overnight but was rather dissatisfied. Very dirty! The floor had sticky stuff like glued into it, damaged items in room(tv stand wood all over the floor and broken), the pool was falling apart, tiles around the inner part were actually floating in the pool and the tiles around the pool room were breaking off as well. Like I said, okay for a fast in and out, but you can tell it’s neglected.

First off, the tv wouldn’t work. It was like they didn’t pay their Dish network bill. Kept saying you must subscribe to watch. Then the cable from the wall to the tv was completely ripped out of the wall. Some kid could have easily stuck their hands right into the wall without any problem. Then the tv screen was so filthy it didn’t look like they had ever cleaned it. The carpet was disgusting. Ripped in places. Dirty. The tv remote was broken and they used a black piece of electrical tape to try to fix it. Which clearly didn’t work because if you picked up the remote the back fell off and the batteries fell out every time. Good thing the tv didn’t work anyway. Then when you’d go to use the bathroom and turned the light on it would take the light a good 5 to 7 seconds to finally come on. In the parking lot in the back looked like they are working on a couple of junk cars in their spare time instead of up keep on the hotel. If you were staying on the 3rd floor you couldn’t use the elevator cause the button is broken, so you had to use the stairs to go up and down with all your stuff. If you wanted a soda there is only one machine on the 3rd floor. If you did use the elevator, it sounded like it was gonna kill you with all its grinding and whining. The stainless steel inside the elevator was so disgusting it looked like it had never been wiped down. It was gross. The toilet had nasty stuff near the bend part inside. The parking lot looked condemned. Grass growing thru the crack.
