We were there less than 12 hours but it was very comfortable and had wonderful amenities and an amazing breakfast!!

Perfect vacation! So close to all the tourists spots. Train station is right by the entrance of the hotel. The 360 degree viewpoint is amazing. Breakfast is out of this world. In front of the park.

Service was great from all staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. That is important if you want food before lunch in Madrid, because nothing else open in the morning. I’d definitely stay again.

While not in the city center, the hotel offers shuttle service, and taxis are readily available. Service: From check-in to check-out, the service was courteous and efficient. Staff members were attentive, multilingual, and eager to assist with any requests.
