Unfortunatelyni arrived at wrong time (take break 2 hours of day) so i had to get fairly costly uber. I chose this place because of free shuttle so that was a bummer. Staff are very customer-oriented. I had a problem with my meal and several employees and manager were so concerned and did everything possible to make it right. 2nd time here, id stay again. Close and convenient to go to airport. Rooms clean, bed comfy.

Ny far the ebst... we spend 2 weeks at spain... we went to 6 four star hotels... and the las hote was inside by melia madrid... by far this was the best... modern annd very updated hotel. I really recomend ii.

Good location near airport and nice hotel. Unfortunately stay ruined by noisy rooftop bar above us. Complained to front desk who said they couldn't do anything as it was a party. Poor.

We stayed here for one night on our way back from Florence to Madrid, before returning to the USA the next day. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the service, prices, and food were all excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although the bathrooms didn’t have doors, only curtains. The staff helped us arrange a taxi to the airport, and everything went smoothly. The hotel offers a shuttle service, but it only goes directly to Terminal 4. If you need to get to another terminal, you have to change buses at Terminal 4 to connect to the others. In our case, we didn’t use this service because we were flying out of Terminal 1 with a lot of luggage, so taking a taxi was more convenient.

Restaurant was good and breakfast was really good. Rooms clean, very modern/minimalist (only desk chairs to sit in even though a big empty perfect for a nice chair space just sitting there looking at you). Pillows ok. Isnt my favorite style of a place (very specific demographic) but was fine. Let me check in early which was awesome otherwise i wouldve been in lobby for hours.very grateful!!

We liked the property because it was convenient and offered shuttle service to and from the airport. The property and rooms were updated and looks new. We appreciated the mini bar drinks for guests for free and we liked the roof top views and lounge. The restaurant food was average but convenient. Very nice stay overall.

Awful scary experience!

My husband was stuck in the elevator for over an hour with little concern from staff. He was heading downstairs because our room keys failed for work for the third time that we and all our luggage traipsed upstairs. This is a beautiful hotel and honestly, we so disappointed by the staff’s response to our situation. We would never recommend this to anyone. There was never even an apology by staff.
