It was a great hotel, no complaints, but I do want to add, this is a very large in a central section in Madrid. This is one of the largest hotels I have ever stayed in so the lobby area and restaurant section is a bit noisy.

The hotel was excellent. Staff amazing, clean, good faciities. We were unlucky and had rain the whole time which put a damper on things. The staff had umbrellas we could use which helped, but we were unable to enjoy the massive center park. Without the park, we weren't very close to many attractions and had to rely on subway/bus. It isn't in a very convenient location for indoor attractions. But if we'd been there at a warmer, dryer time it would have been perfect.

It’s a modern clean facility in the city center, but very basic. The room was a bit cramped for three and the facility felt a bit unfinished. The pool and rooftop bar were closed for the season and the immediate neighborhood doesn’t have great eating options.

Very large well situated hotel near metro lines. Favorite of airline crew. Excellent breakfast - beyond and above norm. Slightly dark rooms good for sleeping. Would recommend.
