Some Problems with an Otherwise Good Stay

(1) Breakfast was not available at 7AM on 3/15/25 as advertised, forcing me to eat elsewhere at additional expense so that I could stay on schedule. (2) There was an item of clothing left behind presumably by a previous room tenant that was not discovered and removed by custodial. (3) The level of toilet bowl water was too high, which causes an unsanitary situation for men. (4) The floor of the showers is a bit slippery, and I can imagine a terrible accident happening to someone.

the front desk worker was by far the rudest i have ever encountered, filled with attitude and no real care for their job/guests staying at the hotel. i definitely won’t be back and i am in this area very often. i am appalled at how i was treated and how much i spent. other than that room was nice but the front desk worker wouldn’t give us working keys either so couldn’t leave the room.

I had a short stay everything about this stay was good, from the greeting when i arrived and the return of the room keys. I didn't really care for the breakfast. It was hot and fresh it just wasn't for me.

The staff was very friendly. I did not like that the key card had to be pressed very hard for the contact to allow the door to open. I had to do it several times, and traveling by myself made me nervous. The room was configured very nice; however just a little upkeep on where the wood had come off of the tv cabinet in the room would be nice. Little details like that and around the elevator outside and inside would upgrade the area.

Everything was great except for the ac unit. During the night the bearings or something started screeching like an owl. I didnt bother reporting it because there was no sense in moving rooms in the middle of the night. I got little to no sleep and checked out early so i could make the long drive home and get some sleep.
