Check-in took a very long time, taking 30 minutes for five people. A line formed afterwards, with five people still waiting. I wish she would speed up a bit. The room was clean. There were some signs of wear here and there, but it was clean. At breakfast, two waffle makers greeted us. However, the bread wasn't good.

Overall stay was good,only problem,housekeeping opened our door at 9:25am,we were still sleeping, and check out wasn't till 11am.they knocked but we sleeping,and they never gave us a chance to say we were in there,just said sorry and closed door.i wasn't happy about this!!

As a diamond member. Not given the amenities. Tried to check in at 225 Told no rooms available till 3. Came back room wasn't available. Diamond status still not recognized. Called early in the morning. Stating I had to pay 20 dollars for 30 minites late check out. Informed them again I was Diamond. Both clerks were nasty. Not professional ar all. The Comfort Inn was awesome, clean, and everyone was friendly, considering I stayed in a Hilton in Clarksville, TN, and it wasn't very good. Comfort Inn beat them by a mile. Thanks for the awesome service and clean room.

We had booked two separate two queen suites. We were given a king room with a sofa bed. We told them that was not correct and they said they did not have the queen rooms available. I am not sure how that works because that is what we booked so one of our sons had to sleep in my in laws room on the sofa bed. Apparently they overbooked rooms or something, but that should not happen. When we got into the King room, it apparently had not been cleaned because there was a used bar of soap in the shower so we had to go back to the front desk and get a different room. I would not stay here again, too many screw ups from the moment we walked in.
