Came in about an hour early due to winter storm approaching. Was told we would be charged for early check in but the couple we were with weren’t charged because they booked a different way than us. The guy training the girl checking us in was not very friendly. The main restaurant was closed as well as all activities for the night without any prior notification from the hotel. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the hallways. The “security” guy at the front of the sports bar was very rude. The casino was great as well as all the workers in the casino. If we ever return, we probably won’t stay at the hotel.

The door was ajar when we got to our room. Once we entered the room I noticed that it was not well cleaned. The shower even had smudges on the back wall.

Room was dirty when we arrived. Second room had dirty towels hung on bathroom door . Just made the best of it after experiencing that, hopefully the rest of room was clean you just never know unless you carry one of those lights that can detect dirty stains on linen and so forth.

The stay was OK. There weren't enough staff members working. Our room was fine; until 4 in the morning when we were awoken by an extremely loud train honking it's horn directly by our room. Who knew the hotel was literally next to a train track?!! There weren't any family friendly restaurants for dinner. So we had to drive off of the property. And breakfast this morning was less than stellar. I thought it was going to be much nicer than it actually was. Disappointing.
