For Saturday day night late at night on my way through when I was booking it should Saturday as the check in and showed the desk as a 24 hr desk, when I hit confirm the card was charged and the booking dates changed I assume do to an app issue and over booking at hotel, I went to the desk to resolve the issue at about midnight and there was no one there at the 24hr window, I tried calling tried contacting Expedia on the app but it kept closing out the chat before I received a reply, I slept in the car with an already bad back, in the morning I tried calling and showed up at the desk at 6:30-7am no one there no one answering calls and we were supposed to be going to our last destination before going home almost 150 miles away, tried again through Monday no luck on app or calling hotel tried changing WiFi and using data in different area Monday night I finally get the chat to go through and get to explain to someone what’s going on I do that they say the manager answered them and told me to call around 3 or 4pm the next day and they could do a refund, I call and before I can finish explaining why I called the manager starts yelling at me that they cant resolve the issue and it’s too late to do refund and on and on I tried to explain the issues I had with no one being there when we arrived both times and no one answering and they just yelled more to the point I was in tears and just hung up I have never dealt with such appalling behavior even with other 2 stars
