Great location

We stayed April 21-28th. Low-key, quiet condo...only a few units were occupied during our stay. Comfortable beds. Had everything we needed: beach towels, chairs, umbrella. Washer dryer was handy. 2 spots for parking. Food, drinks and music were next door at the cafe. Trolley stop was right outside the complex. Totally relaxing and would stay here again.

Great place and location is perfect!!!!

Don’t knock this place because there aren’t many reviews. They had everything you need so don’t buy or bring anything. If it’s not in the room it’s downstairs in the storage unit provided with your room. Great location and very clean. The washer and dryer’s take forever because they are so small but they do have a bigger dryer on the bottom level. Kitchen stocked very well and bathroom also. Will mostly return.

Great location adjacent to Manatee Beach

Perfect location for easy beach access. Nice floor plan for a family of 4. Would have preferred twin beds or a king bed for our teens. The listing did not include bed size, so after two nights without good sleep, one teen moved to the sofa bed but there was no spare blanket. Condo was well equipped (although the kitchen was over stocked with lots of unnecessary junk and not a single empty shelf for the food stuff we brought; someone should pare it down to half). The DVD player was broken (tray would not open), so we could not watch the movies we’d brought. Wish we had received the email earlier explaining about the supply of toilet paper and towels and such; it was sent on Friday afternoon and we were already on the road so we had to go to the grocery on AMI. We enjoyed the morning and evening views of the beach from the balcony. The pool was convenient and pleasant. We would consider returning again.
