Communication between the host and our family was great. The location was amazing. The house was very clean and contained all the amenities we needed. It was nice to have chairs to use at the beach. We really loved the sunset views from the deck each night. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to stay again one day!

Wonderful stay

Perfect space for my husband and three teenage sons. During the weekdays, the beach in front of the house was just us and a handful of neighbors. There are two homes on either side that were closer than I expected. The one house had a huge family reunion so it was a bit loud one weekend. Otherwise, quiet and serene. Great location. Walking distance to drug store, great German restaurant and a nice breakfast cafe. It was a wonderful stay. The house is clean and perfect size for my group. Beautiful sunsets from porch. Nice new kitchen for cooking.

Awesome stay on AMI!

What an awesome place! Excellent all around. Conveniently located near Publix and Walgreens, yet a fairly secluded part of the beach. Home was amazing. Plenty of room in the kitchen for family dinners. Incredible sunsets from the porch. Homeowners had trimmed front plant life back vs. pictures - a big wow on the panoramic views. Would not hesitate to book this home for a return trip to AMI. Exceeded expectations!

Gorgeous Rental !!

Rented house with 2 other couples and was just perfect!! The view was gorgeous and location was great !! Highly recommend this rental Only thing I wish was had a blower for deck area that had needles from pine tree and landscape needed to be better maintained

Great beach house experience

Great location on the beach. We were there the end of April and despite the crowds at the public beach our own stretch of beach was wide open and beautiful. General location was also great. Lots of nice eating places in striking distance.We had a Labre doodle with us. That was great because we set up camp amongst the dunes and the beach patrol had no problem with Booker

Island Perfect

Tiki is a great location! Very centrally located on the island, very close to Walgreens for last minute pick ups, several places to eat and best of all...just steps to the beach! We loved it and would stay again. Thank you to the owners for renting it out and thank you to Island Vacation Properties for making it easy!

Great location! Sits right on the beach! Pictures are a little misleading for the size, but still plenty of room. Appliances were dated and the stove has an eye that doesn’t work and all the eyes sit crooked. There had been a water leak at sometime there and the kitchen laminate flooring is curled up, but the unit was clean. Great water pressure in the showers! Porch is great but no ceiling fan to move air so it was hot and stagnant unless there was a strong wind. Just a heads up...they are piping in sand from the bottom of the gulf to the beaches...literally...so there is a large black pipeline on the beach. Kind of an eyesore but not the fault of the rental company or owner. We used the beach chairs available at the property but bought our own beach umbrellas as the one at the house was broken. We took our umbrellas home. Overall, great stay for four working adults who just needed rest and relaxation.

Beautiful sunrises and sunsets

We absolutely loved the location of this home. It is steps to the sandy beach! We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the deck watching the sun greet the day on the expansive deck. We enjoyed many sunsets in those same deck chairs with a glass of wine. The weather was cool the week we were there so we didn't get to eat out on the deck but there is a wonderful dining set on the deck as well as a high table and chairs. The bedrooms are beautiful and the home is well maintained and CLEAN. There is plenty of linens and towels. Our only minor recommendations are: the kitchen utensils need to be improved (poor wine opener, no salad tongs, etc.) and the master bath is small. BUT who cares! We were on the beach!!! Oh ...we got engaged on that beach too!
