Very nice lodging.

The room was very nice. Bed very good. The breakfast was average to so so. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would stay there in the future.

Clean and comfortable for a great price

Check in was quick and easy, even late at night. Room was nice, a standard hotel room, clean and comfortable, all we needed for one night. Location was good, 25 minutes from Petrified Forest National Park. Breakfast was free. Nothing spectacular, bagles, yogurt, cereal, and oatmeal were basically the options, but it was nice that it was included. Great price!

We were very happy with our stay at Greentree Inn, Holbrook AZ. This is the second time we haved stayed there and will stay there again if needed. We really appreciated that they honored our request for the bottom floor due to being elderly. Most places won’t assign rooms until you arrive, thank you Greentree Inn. Only problem we had was the hair dryer did not work.

First impression was good but after the stay I was not impressed. A few things - the bottom sheet was obviously not the right size thus exposing the mattress cover; had a pump dispenser for shampoo, conditioner and body wash ( empty) and no bar soap so nothing to wash with; by accident I spilled some water on the floor and cleaned it up with bath floor mat and it was filthy after I finished - obviously floor was filthy, found long black hair in bed and on floor - hopefully sheets were changed?? I would definitely not stay here in the future. Very disappointed since reviews on line stated it was very good property!!
