This hotel has seen better days. The first room we were assigned didn't have a working shower. The staff was quick to assign us a new room. Outdoor doors didn't work, the property has seen plenty of wear and tear with little sign of maintenance along the way.

The staff was great, and unit clean. The issue was absolutely no hot water in sink, and a faulty shower faucet. It was extremely difficult to turn off dangerously hot water and simply hard to add cold to temper the hot. The faucet was loose from the wall and needed to be manipulated to get water right. Just a mess. And too late in evening to have management do anything about it. Water issues...all around.Just unfortunate. And can't believe this wasnt already known to management or housekeeping.

While traveling longer than planned, we were pleased to find clean and hospitable conditions. The attendant on duty, Roland, treated us with the most respect and very kind to assist us with all our needs. At the time of night we stopped and after traveling all day, it was so helpful to have someone treat us so kindly and with respect. Since we travel this way twice a year we will certainly stop here on our return trip.
