Great stay, good customer service, comfortable bed and clean room. Hotel just needs a little makeover, perhaps painting the rooms. Otherwise my overall rating would be excellent.

My Stay

The hotel was fine except for the water leak in the bathroom. Also I was hoping to be able to sit and relax by the pool which didn’t happen for my entire trip because it was never cleaned and with the exception of the rain they couldn’t put chemicals in the pool so that was a let down I’ll know next time to get a room with an indoor pool.

It was clean and bed was comfortable, breakfast was decent . The hotel can use a lot of renovations, upgrades because the pictures were not the same on their website. It was ok for one night for me.

Rooms were disgusting!! Front desk rep was nice and tried to put me in another room but all the sheets and pillows were dirty gave photos as well. Floor add hair all over it and the sofa had trash a toy I’m assuming from a previous guest. This hotel needs to be shut down actually it’s horrible

The room was not ready for guests. It appeared as though it had only been straightened after the last guests. We had to get clean linen from the front desk. The mattress of the fold out bed should not have been used. It looked like it came from a dumpster--very, very dirty. Instead of sleeping on the mattress, we had people sleep on the floor. Linen was not offered for the extra guests. The furniture was very rough. Old is not a problem, dirty and broken is.
