Hotel has had a non working pool and sauna for years, but still advertises pool and sauna. Room was dirty- pull out couch had food crumbs, paper plate and fork in it. Safe to assume they didn’t change the bedding.

Very clean and pleasant “north woods” lobby, but overpriced compared with properties within a few miles—in part because of the surprise “Oh, the pool and hot tub are closed.” That amounts to false advertising on your part and there should be a discount for it.
