The lady that checked me innwas very professional, friendly, and kind. My trip was to soend time wuth my daughter battling stage 4 cancer. This motel, was nice, quite and clean and 5 minutes from the hospital.

I did not like being responsible for pulling sheets and pillow cases off the bed or be charged additional money on top of already paying 500 for the night, seems it should be housekeepings job. While they normally charge 500 deposit for an apartment rental (i paid 100 brcause u wasnt told). Carpeting is outdated and stained. There is not enough parking for each unit, even with street parking available. The staff were super nice.

Love this place!

I’ve stayed at The Simmons three times now and most recently twice this August 2025. Great hotel, great price and perfect for our HersjeyPark getaway as a family of 3. Very friendly staff and love hearing about the history of the place.

Great staff

The staff was very friendly and nice! I can't say enough good things about the lady at the desk and the gentleman that emptied the outside trash. The room itself was ok. It didn't smell great, beds not the most comfortable and no shampoo, hair dryer, etc.
