It is a perfect place to stay.

This Holiday Inn thought of everything that was needed in the room to make every moment a comfortable stay. Whether it was the roomy bathroom; the 'on the wall' mirror; the full-length mirror; the 'real' iron and ironing board; the cared for rug on the floor; the wonderful mattress; and the overall design of the room; everything was 'just right'. Every person on the staff was professional, friendly and accommodated every need that I had.

My flight was delayed, ergo I arrived at property 8 hours past my original reservation time of 11pm July 17th. As I had received tests and calls informing me of items such as elevator repairs and hot tub issues, I would have thought they would have informed me that they were selling my room to another party. They did not. Fortunately, the Hilton where I usually try to stay had one suite left on the property and were kind enough to offer it at a discount.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very attentive and professional. We used the pool area and gym and they were both very nice. The hotel even had a nice garden and miniature golf. They had free popcorn, ice cream and cookies in the evening which was a hit with the kids and very thoughtful of them. Breakfast was excellent.

Excellent service, above and beyond!

Nicole checked us in and she was amazing! Best service we have had in our 3 weeks here so far. In fact, all the staff were so super friendly and helpful that we were actually shocked. Definitely lived up to the excellent reviews online. Only stayed overnight so didn’t manage to explore the gardens or use the amenities but it all looked great! Ka pai from NZ guests.

Overall stay was great. The location is right off the highway so it was easy to get to and close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was top notch and 5 stars! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The only issue we had was with our key card not working. They addressed that issue and fixed the door card reader within the hour. I would stay here again without hesitation. There is a nice golf course next to it as well.

Excellent experience! Very friendly staff. Loved the complimentary popcorn, cookies, and ice cream!! Little touches like that really elevate the experience. Room was clean and quiet. Super comfy bed. Appreciated the disinfectant wipes for the TV remote and phone. I really like the bottles of soap, shampoo, and lotion vs. the travel sizes. A few suggestions. Would love to have the pool open at 5:30 a.m. (like the fitness center) for a few hours, for adults only to allow for a morning workout. Would like to see recycling bins (if they were there, I missed them). Would also like to see more eco-friendly juice cups and breakfast plates. Will definitely stay here again!

Just what I needed.

It was a comfortable, clean room. I was getting over being sick and really needed a good night of sleep on my way to the Midwest for business. I slept so well! The front desk woman was friendly and welcoming. I’d definitely stay again!
