It was a great location!

Great stay with amazing staff and breakfast! We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Place in New York! The hotel overall is a great place to stay. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and modern. One of the biggest highlights was the breakfast—it was amazing and offered so many different varieties every day. The customer service was also excellent. The staff members were incredibly helpful throughout our visit. A special shout-out to Nikita from the luggage team, who was absolutely amazing, as well as another fantastic gentleman on the team who was also so helpful. The only minor downside was that the cleanliness of the entrance lobby floor could have been a bit better, as it didn't look its best during our stay. However, everything else was perfect. We had a great experience overall and highly recommend this hotel!

Clean room and friendly staff

The breakfast was amazing! Very nice selection of food and very well run. Such a huge room and so many people, but very efficient at getting everyone in and out quickly. Really great location close to Times Square and right on Restaurant Row.

Very difficult use of the elevators. Only one was working

All the hotel staff were very helpful.
