The pictures on Expedia I expected the hotel to be newer. It’s an old hotel, the picture of the room and outside leads you to think it’s a newer hotel but it’s not. The price reflected something newer also. However the rooms were clean.

The service was wonderful and very accommodating. I needed to change rooms and the front desk gal was very helpful. Definitely needs a remodel and unless you want to sleep on the highway, ask for 2 queens not a king.

Our stay wasn't terrible. But the noise of the main road that was right outside of our window was extremely loud. We heard every siren, fast car and anything outside of a basic car driving by. The curtain rod in our bathroom was falling off and didnt seem too sturdy. The breakfast was probably the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had. However the room was clean and the hed and pillows were pretty decent. Overall I would have to say that this stay was ok but wasnt worth what we payed for it.

The hotel is perfectly fine and let us have our 2 dogs. Very standard amenities good price point. The breakfast contained no meat, only fake scrambled eggs and sausage gravy for protein. The main drawback for me was the bed. Sagged in the middle and pretty old. Other than that, very standard and decent hotel.

I liked the clean breakfast area with numerous options. The staff kept everything well stocked and very clean. Also enjoyed having coffee available anytime. Plus staff were always very friendly and helpful. I was n Helena for my mothers funeral and it was very emotional but your staff were wonderful

It was very noisy, and the room had a strange odor that was hard to ignore. Also, the window coverings did not keep the light out at night, so the room was pretty well illuminated for sleeping. The only good thing was that because they had overbooked our original room reservation, they upgraded our room to a suite.

Moderately clean but still felt somewhat dingy and outdated. In room AC made loud, abrupt noises while running that made it difficult to sleep. Kids enjoyed the outdoor pool but it was much smaller than pictures made it appear online.
