We had a great view from our room. Parking was good as well. The tubing place was not far from the park and Helen wasn’t far either. Overall we had a great time.

I really enjoyed not having to leave the property. Many amenities to choose from. Dining, nature, adventure or even just peaceful relaxation.

When we arrived to our room we immediately noticed that it had not been cleaned. There was dust and dead bugs on the floor and near the bed. During our stay there was a light storm, and the facility lost power for over an hour. And due to the storm we discovered a leak coming from the roof and they did nothing about it. Overall the worst experience we’ve ever had. Absolutely do NOT recommend.

I had a reservation for the lodge upon arrival. I didn’t have a room available. They offered a cabin when I check in the cabin. It had no Internet nor cable TV. We went to the front office and complained they gave they told us that hotel do.com had sold my account to Expedia because they did not have any rooms available so it just became a terrible nightmare. I wasn’t too thrilled of what happened.

The lodge was great, the trails were well maintained. Anna Ruby Falls hike was great. It would have been a perfect stay if the locks on our room (B-31) worked properly. We had to have three sets of key cards made they would work once and then did not work again. It was very frustrating.

Great property, views and natural trails around. The front staff was very nice.The room we stayed in had a terrible body fluid smell. The shuttle service was non existent. I haven't seen it run once during our 3 nights stay. The restaurant was under staffed with one poor waiter completely overwhelmed.
