It was clean and staff was friendly but this was very bare bones. This was a pretty basic hotel room except for the big tub, which we didn't even end up using. Felt it was seriously overpriced for the quality/value. After tax it was over $200. It was on par with hotels I've stayed at for half that price. Would not stay again.

The room was clean and exactly as advertised. The location was safe and convenient for us. We enjoyed the fresh coffee always ready in the lobby and the welcoming staff. We had plenty of clean towels and the housekeeping lady was so sweet to us during this stay! We did take advantage of the continental breakfast. Simple, fresh selections were offered. We stayed during an ice storm and they made sure to treat the parking lot prior to the bad weather so we didn't have any issue getting out. Most, if not all, of Helen lost power during our stay. We were without power for 1 day during our stay and our room stayed warm and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would suggest is read the description of the actual room you're booking. I meant to book a room with a tub, but I was booking last minute and didn't pay attention. I'm very hesitant about hotels in general, but this place was clean, safe, affordable, convenient, and no bugs of any kind anywhere.

The room was clean, minus the floor. Walking around barefoot uncovered the dirty floors. There were no pool towels on the second day (pool is not connected to building so in frigid weather, that short walk is brutal) but we just used towels from the room. Staff was always super sweet, courteous, respectful, and friendly. Super safe area. Walking distance to most things. Hardly had to drive away from parking lot. Will definitely be coming back here again!
