The morning staff are awful and rude. The place smells like an ashtray as well as the morning staff smells of smoke also. Overpriced and not as nice as advertised online. Stay clear of this place. It has possibility only if morning staff were clean and professional.

A nice hotel and a very nice staff. We were however put off a bit by all front desk staff smoking out in front of the hotel on more that one occasion. Other than that the facilites were very nice.

The physical property was that of a well-established business that has been maintained well also. The staff were above and beyond; cheerful, knowledgeable, capable of 'in general' information of what's up in Helen as well as some more in-depth help you can only get from hometown types.

I was there with my daughter in law and my 6 grandsons ages 12-2 years old, I actually called the Hotel the day we checked out and spoke with Madison that my grandson may have left his wallet in the room, she went to check and called me back that she did find the wallet and is mailing to me, What great service, we love Marriott

I didn't receive a notice that my room was ready until 4:40pm; our room phone didn't work; and the room was a handicap accessible & I was told that was all there was with 2 queens buy the time the rooms were cleaned. The receptionist was very nice.
