We came to this property with high expectations. We were celebrating our anniversary. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed in what we experienced. We appealed to the assistant manager when we found stinky food in the frig, holes in our sheets, and a partial bottle of water in our room. The value didn’t seem to be there for this a tired, worn property. Customer service was non existent from check-in. Can not recommend.

The area is beautiful. The property itself needs updating - we stayed in a cottage and it had old, stained carpet with burn holes from fireplace embers. Also, the tennis courts have not been maintained at all and have huge cracks all over the surface. It’s a cheap place to stay in the area as long as you are not picky.

Great location!

The location of the hotel is amazing! The cleanliness and the upkeep is not the best so definitely bring some disinfecting wipes to clean off surfaces. For example, we had quite a few dead insects in the windowsills and on the ground, especially in the corners. The service was also exceptional! The employees were very responsive to all of our needs.

Check-in was a breeze and our room is lovely. Wish we could have had a mountain view, but the property is well landscaped and very pretty. Are at the Brassie and had a great experience. The food and service were excellent!

The property and room were quiet until families with children started arriving. My room had a connecting door which although closed & locked on my side, I could still hear the people in the adjoining room quite plainly, especially since the child kept opening up the door on their side. Thankfully I brought earplugs.

Ideal para descansar.

El personal muy atento y amable. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, aunque en el baño había mucho polvo en el mueble del lavamanos. Las instalaciones son muy lindas, el lobby es precioso y tiene una chimenea muy agradable para el clima que estaba haciendo. Tienen juegos de mesa y un bar muy cool. La piscina es con calefacción así que pudimos disfrutarla. A tener en cuenta, deben hacer reservación para todo antes de llegar al hotel porque es complicado (o tal vez por la fecha en la fuimos) conseguir disponibilidad, tanto en los establos como en el spa y hasta el restaurante. Nosotros nos quedamos sin comer una noche, además que el hotel está un poco retirado del pueblo

The hotel was ok. It had very nice views and was quiet. However, It’s very dated and in need of renovation. The bed and couch were uncomfortable. The sheets, blanket and towels were rough. Overall, it’s a nice hotel but some improvements are needed
