The hotel was fine for a night but definitely not super clean, walls and doors were all filthy. The counter had trash on it. Lots of wear to furniture. The pool was warm though- hot tub broken. Breakfast was so packed in the morning.

Breakfast was over 1 hour late. No one was at front desk in AM. Person who was setting up breakfast and late stated no one had been at front desk for 2 hours. I then had to go and locate a breakfast option which was included in my room price and pay out of pocket using planned time.

The staff was very friendly. Room was nice size and clean. They allow dogs and we had one. The only issue and not the hotels fault a lot of guests do not pick up their dogs poop

Cold Stay

Spa/Hot Tub water was cloudy and needs chlorine and shock. Breakfast was on cold side but with freezing temps probably chilled storage room where syrup was kept and eggsere cold and watery. Shower design is wierd and impossible to keep bathroom floor from getting wet, although they put us in handicap room may be the cause.
