Compare Cheap Hotels in Hawaii Island

Our room was towards the back of the property so we could not see the ocean but had a very good view of tropical plants. Two pools with hot tubs, we really enjoyed the “quiet” pool. The sunset down by the lobby was spectacular, glad we didn’t have to drive somewhere. The suite was wonderful only complaint was that AC did not cool the room during the day, leaving the balcony doors open at night made the room very comfortable.

Check in was slow, our room wasn’t ready as expected but once we were settled the rest of the trip was great. Clean rooms, hot water took a bit but we blame the weather conditions and storms that rolled through. Would definitely recommend us stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay and staff was excellent!

Parking lot was sold out and we were not told until arrival. Directions for where to park was unclear and staff did not provide more information or clarity. Room itself was standard and clean and provided a comfortable night stay. There was loud music coming from outside the hotel in an alley nearby. We complained (along with others) and the staff was quick to respond.

The heavy doors slam shut so you will get to listen to that all morning starting around 5. My bathtub drain was plugged but that was addressed while i was out, although they left stringy hairs all over the tub. However the location can't be beat, with beach, restaurants and shopping just steps away.
