Pros: beautiful pool that is very kid friendly with water slides and sandy fake beach pool. Daily room cleaning was excellent. Beautiful landscaping and grounds. Having a kitchen was great.
Cons: some friendly staff, but many staff didn’t seem very friendly. Many don’t say hello or even smile, especially at the pool.
Beware of hidden fees. We got the “included”breakfast but it was only for 2 people (kids are not free and cost an extra $14 each). The resort is far from the beach and other food options. Rent a car or you’ll be annoyed waiting for a shuttle all the time.
