Great resort with spacious accommodations. The pool area and tiki bar are a nice bonus. Plus they have locker room facilities so you can shower prior to catching a late afternoon/evening flight.

Extremely wonderful stay. We stay in the two bedroom overlooking golf course building 1. From the time we checked in to all the staff…the stay was very comfortable for my entire family.

Remote battery dead, coffee machine broken! Unit was clean & we did get help in a timely manner! Staff was always pleasant & friendly! While walking back to the room at night , my son tripped over one of the sprinklers heal, sitting about 6 “ off the ground, it was at the tCorner edge of the side walk

What a nice surprise to find out this property has a free shuttle to Waikoloa Village, right on the ocean. Lots of different options for places to kick your feet up.

Filthiest room I’ve ever stayed in doesn’t meet housekeeping standards dusty stink .Wasn't offered what I made reservation for family building 21 is sad .That's not what my reservation was made for 3 months in advance.Worst experience on our 4 th staycation with family .Sad building sad housekeeping to far frm pool with children

We arrived early - the Front Desk was very helpful. They checked us in, gave us our room keys and activity cards to go to the pool and enjoy the amenities until our room was ready. Our room was so awesome, up-to-date, beautiful and clean. AC worked wonderfully in the Hawaii heat. Enjoyed our stay very much.
