Beautiful location and rooms were great. The staff was so welcoming particularly Frann. The stay included daily breakfast. Parking was $35 per day.

Wow we really enjoyed our stay here. Everyone on staff was kind and helpful. Housekeeping came every day and when we needed supplies were right there with them. We loved the area and the fact we could use any pool/amenity we wished including the large Hilton Waikoloa property. Imagine our surprise as well when we found out we would have a discount golf rate of at least 50%. We played every other day at the course 2 minutes from our building. We will be back.

This property is fabulous. Well maintained, spacious, excellent staff and amenities. Everyone is so friendly. We found the beds to be super comfortable and the suite fairly well appointed. The shuttle is also great for times you don’t want to drive.

We had an amazing experience staying at Kings Landing. The property is exceptional. The rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed having a full kitchen. The pools are exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The condo was stocked with the expected essentials (dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, TP, paper towel, towels). It is in need of a deep clean, the rugs and baseboards have built up dust. The pools, food at the buffetwere all spot on. The staff were super friendly. Parking was eary. We made use of going to the main hilton, the propery is still amazing fater almost 15 years since our last stay. This is why im giving it a 5 star the people and the overall care. parking valdiation was easy

Excellent unit and amenities. This property is huge and we were thankful to have a beautiful pool right next to our building. It was a bit far from the ocean though.

The resort has everything needed for a great vacation. Our suite was quiet and had all we needed for a home from home stay. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry great for traveling with a baby. We were a walk from the pools etc but had a lovely view of the golf course and visiting goats. We would say that everything is feeling a little old though.
