Quick trip back from family visit

The hotel is clean, for the most part. The breakfast was sufficiently good. I asked for an assisted room, one with grab bars in the shower/tub, but was not given one. I persevered. I would stay at this location again.

I liked the front desk staff,i didn't like that the gym was closed do to all of the equipments were all broken and there was no pool,which was indicated on the website,i was there 4 nights,i asked the front desk if i coild have my phone cleaned,Housekeeping came was in and out in 2 mins my whole stay

Poor Stay and Never Again

The floor looked horribly dirty. The toilet was broken and ran all of the time. The only reason why I chose this hotel was because HOTELS.COM said they had a gaming room which my 11 year old son was stoked about...THEY DID NOT! Then, to be woken in the middle of the night because the fire alarm went off. It was TERRIBLE. No one knew anything. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone ever.
Being awoken in the middle of the night due to someone pulling the fire alarm and no one helping anyone. If it was a real fire, people would have died.
