I got moved to 2 dirty rooms and the general manager told me in her words I'm not playing musical rooms. Medication was found on the floor and she came remove it and refused to move me. The hotels. Com representative was not helpful and only wanted to give 25 percent to another room . I had to stay in filth

Most of the staff was pleasant and helpful. One employee had left the front desk, locked the front door and got upset when another guest let us in. Room was nice overall, but cleaning is certainly an issue. Shower had hair and dried boogers on the wall and shower handle. Absolutely disgusting. We opened the window to allow some fresh air in the room to discover a wasp nest in the corner. Phone did not work, TV remote performed poorly, WiFi (while free) was inconsistent. Gym equipment wasn’t completely functional but decent overall. Price was on point but I’ll likely spend more for a cleaner place next time.

The first rooms (we had 2 joining rooms) we had were not finished being cleaned and the cleaning crew had already left for the day. They moved us to 2 more joininr rooms and one was fine but the other room 223 smelled like dog pee and looked like no one had stayed in that room for a long time. There were pen marks on the sheets and when we opened the drawer there were a pair of shoes and a tied up walmart bag full of clothes. We were sick of moving so we went and bought Lysol and sprayed everything down since it was already late and were only staying one night. The front desk crew were Super nice but the Cleaning Crew SUCKS!!

The breakfast was good. Water pressure was good. Upon entering our room we could see it wasn't cleaned very well,as there was a bottle cap along side the bed. Head board was worn , dust all around the room, including on the doors. This place is in need of a severe deep cleaning and upgrading. It was however quite and close to many businesses.

The shower drain was loose and some black mold on caulking around shower. We stayed for eight days. The last few days of our stay no one cleaned the room. We needed to get fresh towels from the front desk. I even talked to the made on our floor about cleaning the room. It was that bad but trash was starting to pile up

Great stay!

It was great. Close to USM which was our reason for staying. Out trip was cut short due to incoming weather. We were very pleased with Navesha figuring out how to refund a nonrefundable stay. Glad we left early as the weather was horrible the next day.

Nice hotel very friendly staff. My only complaint is that I reserved a room for five people and the room only had two queen beds and no sofa bed. The hotel was sold out for the night so one of us slept on the floor.

Good location, economical

It was busy and hard to park. There were many work trucks taking up more than one space. The room seemed clean enough although I did find a bug crawling in the bathroom. There are heavy covers (duvet) on the bed so it was warm and we couldn’t get the air conditioner to blow cooler. Very hot water in the bathroom. Also, during our stay, the pool was overflowing and the walkable area near was flooded. Check in was super fast. I really like the new app except that I had 3 confirmation emails prior to my visit and 3 more of the same confirmation emails after I checked out. :( for the money it was a good value.

We had a very comfortable room. There were a few things we had to take care of, such as new batteries for the TV remote and a new box of Kleenex, but otherwise the stay was very good.
