Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
First of all I have been a Marriott Bonvoy member since 2006 and have stayed at Marriott hotels numerous times.
Fairfield should take their name off of this property.
I stayed in room 324 last night and I was very disappointed in the whole experience.
The lady at the front deck was nice but she was struggling to get me checked in and apparently there was no one available for her to ask for help. Thank goodness she finally figured it out and I got the room key.
Once in the room we had these issues:
1. The bathroom door is rubbing so hard on the floor that is was difficult to open and close.
2. The handle used to open and close the shower door was just before falling off.
3. The stopper in the bathroom sink was non-functional.
4. The bedsheets didn’t feel like that were very clean.
5. The towels in the bathroom were worn well beyond their useful life.
Again, I can’t speak for all of the rooms but room 324 was terrible.
