The room was nice, clean & had a full kitchen. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to staffing issues however the bar was open. Nice hot tub & pool. The free breakfast was great & included hot options. They also kept the food well-stocked.

The pool situation was a nightmare. My husband hit his head, there was a scratch that broke the skin. No, we were not drinking. A staff member (?) Came to "help". We dont know exactly because he didnt introduce himself, give his medical licensure or WEAR GLOVES. He stunk of cigarette smoke to boot. The front desk person was with him. Our group were all healthcare workers. A scratch is the least of our worries to treat. We followed protocol and made him aware we had medical licenses and were capable of immediate treatment. We were refused. When we saw he wanted to touch my husband to "help" him with NO GLOVES, didn't wash his hands and had toilet paper to put on the cut, aid was refused. The man yelled and cursed at us. Everyone in the party was told we were not welcome in the pool area... for the rest of the weekend. We have previously stayed once a year for a reunion. NOT ever again.

Beautiful room and hotel, was clean and had everything we needed. The onsite gym was the best hotel gym I've seen or used. We got a whirlpool room w/ a fireplace for 3 nights so we could ski nearby at Granite Peak. Very decent free breakfast every morning, staff was very courteous and accommodating. Plenty of restaurants nearby. My only complaint is that the parking lot could have been cleared of snow better and the room across from us was obviously smoking in their room the entire time we were there. I didn't report it but not sure how the staff could've missed it. I would 100% stay again! Great price for the beautiful room and hotel and great amenities.

My first code didn’t open the exterior door, so I had so stand out in cold until someone could let me in. Code also didn’t work on my room. After getting a new code it still took 10 minutes to get that code to actually unlock my room.

The facility itself is beautiful and the staff are friendly. But when it comes to the details, this place is sub par. The mirror in our room looked like it had been cleaned with water. Streaks for days. There was no possible way to do any sort of makeup using that mirror. We wondered over to the bar for supper and a couple of drinks. There is no bar menu so you just have to know something off the top of your head and you're charged by the shot. Feels like a giant missed opportunity with such a themed hotel that looks upscale but no signature drinks of any kind. The food was a big miss as well. Such beautiful advertising photos but only 5 options for food. My husband and I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo to split that the menu described as having blackened chicken, and were served a plate full of noodles. It was lacking flavor and the chicken. My husband said they tasted like a lean cuisine at best. I unfortunately was sick and didn't have much af a sense of taste anymore so it tasted like nothing to me. We had high hopes for this hotel with such a beautiful website and marketing but that all seemed to be stock photos and not the reality.
