I didn't like for the price i paid how noisey it was nearby rooms moved tables or chairs all night, music was playing loudly. The breakfast was very limited. Nt a hot buffet like i thought, jus lil snacks only hot things where coffee and waffle maket. Disappointing.

I was very disappointed with the condition of the rooms,I was given. The hygiene and cleanliness standards are extremely poor and unacceptable for a hotel. For the health and safety of their guests, I strongly suggest that they close temporarily until these issues are properly addressed and corrected.

I liked the fact that the hotel was near the area we were visiting. The a/c and bed were great. I had a problem with the pool. The bar over the steps was loose and I fell, bruising both knees and a hip. Also, we had to park the car near a door that we couldn't open from the outside, so we had to walk around the entire hotel to get into our room. If we could have unlocked the outside door, we could have gotten to our room easily. I don't walk well, so this was quite a problem.

Had a great stay. The pool is right near the lobby and has clear glass so people walking by can see you in the pool. If you're not bothered by that then you'll be fine. The staff shut the lights off on us while we were finishing up getting our breakfast. We were there way before it closed but we just didn't appreciate it. Other than that we had a great stay. The room was clean.

Checking in, the woman behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean at first glance. But discovered there was gross stuff smeared inside the fridge as well as someone else's clothing still in the drawers. Also discovered a plastic bag covering the smoke alarm. Now, when I checked in, I paid the extra $30 for a 2pm checkout for the following day. At about 11:30am, i woke up to housecleaning staff trying to nearly break down the door. No knocking(I am a light sleeper) and I am so glad i had both locks in use, as I was not properly dressed. I actually had 911 dialed in my phone before realizing it was housekeeping. About 30 minutes later, I received a call to the room from the man at the front counter informing me that checkout was 11am and I'm passed the checkout time. I told him I already paid extra for a 2pm checkout. His response was "I'll look into that", which was said in a tone that sounded like he didn’t believe me. No apologies for nearly breaking down my door in an attempt to enter with no notice or knock. I will not be staying here ever again, nor would I recommend. .

This is my second time staying here. previously I had an issue with the external doors not locking. this time I was on the second floor exact same issue. I never felt safe leaving anything in my room. I did enjoy the pool.
